张震,男,博士,特聘教授,硕士生导师。

一.学习及工作经历

2012年于河南农业大学获农学学士;2015年于西北农林科技大学获农学硕士;2019年于西北农林科技大学获农学博士学位,于中国农业科学院完成博士研究工作,师从黄三文研究员;2019年12月,受聘河南大学“黄河学者”特聘教授。主要从事麦类作物高通量表型组学和抗逆分子生物学研究,近年来研究成果发表在Cell (2025)、Nature Plants (2021,2025)、The Plant Cell、New Phytologist、Plant Physiology (2020,2025) 等国际权威期刊,在表型组领域授权专利4项,担任Plant Phenomics、New Crops、Plants等期刊青年编委。

二.主要研究方向

1. 高通量表型组技术在麦类作物中的应用:“地上-地下-空域”三维立体表型体系建立,涵盖温室与田间表型技术、根系原位表型技术、无人机技术等;

2. 基于多组学技术的麦类作物抗逆(干旱、低温、低氮、抗倒伏)基因挖掘与分子机制解析;

3. 基于节节麦-小麦渐渗系的抗逆、高产基因挖掘与育种利用;

4. 根系构型的遗传基础解析与育种利用;

5. 基于微生物组-根系互作的小麦低氮适应策略研究。

三.主持的重要研究项目

1.麦类作物抗旱基因挖掘与机制解析,河南大学特聘教授启动基金,2020.1-2025.1,主持;

2.基于节节麦-小麦渗入系的耐盐基因精细定位与功能初步分析,河南省自然科学基金青年项目,2021.1-2022.12,主持;

3.基于高通量表型组技术的小麦抗倒伏性状的开发和基因挖掘, 河南省科技研发计划联合基金,2024.1-2025.12,主持;

4.多组学联合分析鉴定小麦干旱关键调控模块,中州实验室青年攻关项目(省级科技计划项目), 2024-07至 2026-06,主持;

5.基于A-Wi平台体系的小麦抗逆、优质和高产新种质创制与应用,河南省重点研发专项,2024.1-2026.12,参与;

6.小麦养分高效高产分子设计育种技术体系构建及新材料创制, 农业农村部,农业生物育种重大项目, 2023-09 至 2025-12,参与。
